Amenities
There are plenty of fantastic local amenities nearby to this development. A Morrisons Daily store is just a stone's throw away, while Silver Beach convenience store and Tesco Express are also on hand when you need a few bits and pieces. Skegness is home to larger supermarkets such as Aldi, Morrisons, M&S Food and Tesco. Beacon Medical Practice is a five-minute drive away from our homes for sale in Ingoldmells, home to a doctors' surgery and pharmacy.
Leisure
This beautiful new development of homes for sale is less than a mile from Ingoldmells beach and just 15 minutes from Skegness. Both offer endless fun for all the family with an array of restaurants, bars and pubs. There are also many other things to do nearby, such as the Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Hardy's Animal Farm, where you and your little ones can get up close and personal with an array of wildlife.
Schools
Ingoldmells Academy is just around the corner from The Shorelands and caters for children aged between 2 and 11. Skegness is also home to several primary schools as well as the selective Grammar School and Skegness Academy, which provide for children from ages 11-18.
Transport
You can catch the Number 1 bus from Anchor Lane, the road which leads into The Shorelands development. The service travels along the coast from Ingoldmells to Skegness, also serving Seathorne. The route ends at Skegness rail station, where an hourly service to Nottingham runs, calling at Boston and Grantham among other stops. The A52 connects Ingoldmells and Skegness, while also providing access to the A16 for routes out of the area, both northbound and southbound.
